The standard paper capacity of 1,200-sheets on the e-STUDIO 4540c stems from dual 550-sheet drawers and a 100-sheet bypass tray. Optional paper tray options can be added to give the e-STUDIO 4540c a total paper capacity of 3,700-sheets; minimizing the time spent reloading paper.

Genuine Toshiba e-STUDIO 4540c toner cartridges are easily replaced. The four e-STUDIO 4540c toner cartridges needed are: black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. The black toner will yield an estimated 34,200 pages and the color toners will yield an estimated 26,800 pages with 5% coverage.
